7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Use of the vehicle for any unlawful activities is prohibited. This includes racing, off-roading, or engaging in any form of hazardous driving. The transport of dangerous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is also prohibited. Driving under the influence of substances or for purposes not suited to the vehicle is unacceptable. Exceeding the specified passenger or weight limits is not permitted. Additionally, driving outside the designated geographical areas without prior authorization is prohibited.
Breach of terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in King's Lynn will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the rental amount paid in the last 12 months.
